Completing and submitting the enrolment form expresses your interest in attending; it does not reserve a place on the Course. We will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm your place and the arrangements. Places are subject to our final confirmation.

You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete. We are not responsible if inaccurate or incorrect details prevent us from contacting you or providing the service.

How we collect, use and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By submitting the enrolment form you agree to our collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

Course content, schedule, format (online or in person) and instructor arrangements may be adjusted as circumstances require. We will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details you provided if there are significant changes.

The intellectual property in all course materials, handouts, recordings and other content belongs to the organiser or the relevant rights holders. You may not record, copy, reproduce, republish or use them for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

The Course shares management experience and provides teaching. It does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice. You are responsible for your own judgement and for the results of applying the course content to your business.
