Leadership Practice System (the “Course”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we handle and protect it, and the rights you have.

1. What we collect

When you complete the enrolment form we collect the information you provide: your name, gender, contact number / WhatsApp, WeChat ID, email address, company or organisation, role, industry, team size, the business bottlenecks and course modules you select, the goals you describe, and how you heard about the Course.

We also record the submission time, IP address and browser identifier automatically, for abuse prevention and system security.

2. Why we collect it

Your data is used only to:

• Process and confirm your enrolment • Send class notifications, course materials and related learning service messages • Understand student backgrounds so the instructor can address your questions in class • Analyse enrolment trends to improve the Course • Prevent abuse and keep the system secure

3. Disclosure and transfers

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it with third-party service providers only in the following cases:

• Email delivery (SMTP2GO) — to send your enrolment confirmation and course notifications • Cloud backup (Google Drive) — to store an encrypted backup of enrolment data so it is not lost

These providers access your data only to the extent necessary to deliver those services. Backup data is encrypted before it leaves our server.

4. Storage and security

Your enrolment data is stored in our own server database and transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We protect it by:

• Restricting database access to authorised system accounts only • Taking a daily automated backup, encrypted and stored off-site • Protecting the administration console with a password and restricted access

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of any inaccurate data • Request deletion of your personal data • Withdraw your consent at any time (we will then stop using your data, though we may no longer be able to provide the Course)

To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any revision will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the revised policy.
